At Azutura, we take care to ensure every order is handled with the attention it deserves.

The following dispatch times are what we aim for

Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 11am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next working day
• Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
• We do not ship on weekends

We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and all UK Bank Holidays. No orders are shipped on these days.

UK Delivery Options

We offer delivery via Royal Mail or UPS. Exact delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

Royal Mail

• 2nd Class – Estimated 3 -5  days. Most items arrive within this timeframe - FREE
  
• 1st Class - Estimated 1- 3 days - 0.99p
• Standard Tracked – Estimated 2–5 days. Most items arrive within this timeframe - £1.99
  
• Express Tracked – Estimated 1–2 days. Guaranteed within 3 days. £3.99
• Special Delivery Next Day– Guaranteed before 1pm (including Saturday, signature required). £9.99

Free Standard Tracked delivery is not guaranteed and may take up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

UPS

• UPS Standard – Estimated 1–2 days (delivery by 6pm). Not guaranteed. No Saturday delivery. £10.97
• UPS Express – Guaranteed delivery by 2pm on the estimated delivery date. No Saturday delivery. From £18.99

UPS is unavailable to the following locations (Royal Mail deliveries may also take longer):

• Northern Ireland
• Scottish Highlands & Isles
• Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey)
• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Scilly

International Shipping

International orders typically take up to 2 weeks from dispatch. Customs processing may cause delays, particularly during busy periods such as Easter and Christmas.

This service is not guaranteed. Please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
